The Agency

Bio

Over the course of his established career, Edward has represented an elite roster of photographers and spearheaded the launch of agencies in New York, London, and Paris. In addition, he ran a multi-million dollar agency that grew into an icon of the global photography industry. He found success through his unique ability to understand a client’s needs, while empowering his photographers to develop their own distinctive voice.

During his 12 years at Jean Gabriel Kauss (JGK) he successfully developed the careers of such renowned photographers as Michel Comte, Gilles Bensimon, Francois Halard, Ruven Afanador, Nick Welsh. He oversaw the creation of Springworks Production, through which he provided high-end production services to his global clients.

Urged by his clients and photographers, Edward opened his own agency and production company, Beatrice Represents/ The Production in 2009 where he continued to secure many high profile campaigns and editorial projects with a multitude of diverse clients.

Edward’s natural artistic eye coupled with an insider’s perspective of the industry makes him a highly sought-after consultant for photographers in all stages of their careers. Now based in California, Edward is focusing on developing new talent as a consultant.

Please note that rates will vary depending on the complexity of the project. All consulting services may be paid via wire transfer, personal or company check. Payment is required in full prior to consultation or work provided.

Charitable Donations

While our agency does seek to grow through profits gained from services provided, we will donate 10% towards those who need it most. For every package that is purchased through ECA, we will donate 10% to a select non-profit of your choosing listed below.
